Currency and Pricing

All pricings stated on our website is in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you wish to have pricings in different currencies, kindly notify us via our 'contact us' page or drop us an email. Pricings are subject to change without prior notice.

Artwork Submission

It is solely your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and appearance of all artworks submitted during the order process. We will not be responsible should any printing error occurs due to the inaccuracy of your artwork. Please read our "Print Guidelines" section for information on preparing artwork for print output.

Color Accurancy and Consistency

Appearance of printed colors accross different materials will differ. Color appearance on display screens will/may vary significantly compared to the final printed color as display screens uses RGB color mode while printing is done by CMYK. Color variance of between 10% - 15% on reprints and/or different order batch may occur.

Image Copyright

It is your responsibility to ensure any image(s) contained within your artwork(s) does not infringe any usage copyright. We recommend the purchase of stock images to ensure the legality and freedom of use.

Order Processing

We will begin to process your order once payment is received and you will be notified via email or whatsapp accordingly. We will not be responsible for any delay resulting from late payment or non payment of order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before making your payment. Any orders cancelled upon receiving of payment will charged based on stage of the printing process or on certain instances the full order payment will be charged.

Order Delivery

All completed orders will be delivered via our range of delivery partners associated with us between 10am to 5pm from Monday to Friday excluding Public and/or State Holidays. No self pick-up option available unless prior arrangement is agreed. Kindly ensure the shipping address contained in the invoice is accurate to avoid any delay. Re-delivery of order resulting from inaccurate details provided will be charged accordingly.
